For increasing my English writing proficiency, I am going to write all the posts on this category in English.

Movie, the Intern(source: Netflix)

I have studied the movie, The Intern, for almost 3 weeks. I have listened their dialogues and tried to comprehend.

When I listened at the first time, I could not understand at all. Because their words were a little bit fast, I followed the words after their dialogue was already finished. Besides, I just understood the word literally, so It was hard for me to get the connotative meanings. For examples, the idioms, slangs and so on. So it was very important for me to watch again using the korean subtitles.

At now, I have watched the movie almost. There is only 22 minutes left. Watching the movie, I have recorded the lines that I didn't udnerstand ro thought those were important or useful. And I do repeat when I am walking or taking a bus.

The workload depends on the leisure time that I can get that day. But, almost more than one hour a day. I cannot sure that my listening comprehension will be better, but I'm desperate to improve my English proficiency and I have to do the all things that I can do.

Because I am planning to study on abroad, the English proficiency is the most important thing to me. The lectures will be taught in English. If I weren't understand the lecture, It will be the disaster to me.

The practice makes me perfect. At least, I believe it. It is maybe easy thing to the person, who has ever been to the foregin country using English as the mother language, to study in English.

My next stage is reading a book in English. I already selected a book, 'Your Republic is calling you'. I was recommended this book by a Youtuber, who teaches English. This is orginally Korean novel, but the English version is translated. I am reading this book through the application, 'Scribd'.
